Ingrediente:

-6 oua
-300 g spanac
-100 g rucola
-1 ceapa
-50 g branza razuita
-sare, piper, putin ulei de masline
Eu am facut juma de compozitie, pentru ca nu mai aveam destul spanac

Adaugam spanacul si rucola.
Lasam pe foc, pana se inmoaie si se evapora tot lichidul.Tarta de spanac si rucola
Intre timp batem ouale bine cu sare si piper.

Adaugam amestecul de verdeturi peste oua, amestecam bine.
Tapetam o forma de tarta cu hartie de copt si turnam compozitia, dam la cuptorul preincalzit la 180gradeC, pentru 40 de minute.Tarta de spanac si rucolaO lasam sa se raceasca 5 minute in tava si o taiem.

Spinach and rucola cake
Ingredients
6 eggs
300 g spinach
100 g rucola
1 small chopped onion
50 g grated mature cheddar cheesesalt, pepper, olive oil
Gently fry the chopped onion with a bit of olive oil. Wash the spinach and the rucola and add them to the pan cooking until the water has evaporated. Beat the eggs with a fork, add the grated cheese, spinach and rucola. Adjust with salt, pepper and add the ground walnuts. Gently grease an oven cake tin and pour the mixture. Bake at 180 for about 40 minutes or until golden on top. Serve hot or cold.
